Intermittent fasting is a practice many people are starting to exercise, and for good reason!

Most working adults have trouble completing long, multi-day fasts, even if they desire the detox that fasting provides. So intermittent fasting is seen as a very doable fasting that still has multiple benefits.
A common routine would be to eat your last meal by 7 PM, and eat your first meal around 9 AM the next morning. Some routines suggest up to 18 hrs of fasting, but it can vary.

Some of the benefits intermittent fasting provides are: weight loss, reduces inflammation, reduces free radicals cells in the body, reduces risk of diabetes and heart disease, improves brain health, improves skin, and more!
